What your role and typical day might look like

In this role you will be supporting our internal client service teams and clients to assist with bringing the digital strategy into reality within the NZ digital media landscape. Working along side the Digital Director and team, you’ll be responsible to assist with client briefs, planning and buying of digital media assets, performance reporting, billing, and general administration to support the client portfolio.

Responsibilities could include:
- Assist in developing recommendations for clients driving home the creativity, innovation & effectiveness of ideas- Brief media partners and evaluate proposals in line with the team’s planning process- Prepare the buying and implementation of digital media, and continually striving to bring new and innovative solutions to the table- Working with specialists across SEM, AdOps and AMNET and helping project manage them- Developing and maintaining media schedules across client portfolio- Working with the social specialist, to plan and manage social campaigns- To prepare various reports including, interim and final reports, post analysis, competitive and planning documents- Working with media and agencies on ensuring the timely delivery of material- To ensure correct client billing by addressing any account queries and checking proformas

A bit about you:
- At least 1 years’ experience in similar role such as Digital Account Executive or Digital Planner, advertising/media agency experience is a big bonus- Thorough understanding of the New Zealand media marketplace and digital landscape, staying up to date with new innovations and technologies that impact the wider business and client portfolio- Basic understanding and experience on digital platforms - including Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Google Campaign Manager, Data Studio, Google Tag Manager- Confident communication and presentation skills, with a healthy dose of curiosity to create new and better ways- Effective time management skills- Experience with media planning platforms such as Roy Morgan, and Nielsen audience analysis tools
