We are a group of Physiotherapy Clinics committed to consistent, quality, and personalised healthcare that can be relied on. We are active people who want to keep people active and so we are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to provide high-quality customer service and administrative support for our Clinic team at Motus SportsHub.

Motus SportsHub, housed in a state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility, is the premier single site physiotherapy, sports medicine specialist and allied health clinic in New Zealand. Motus SportsHub is a collaborative environment with onsite Sports Doctors, Podiatrists, Nutritionists, and Mental Skills Coach, as well as Pacific Radiology situated just down the stairs.

The Clinic Administrator/Receptionist is key to the positive and warm welcome that each patient receives and links us to our community.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to possess a friendly, flexible approach with a proven commitment to excellence in customer service. Solid computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly is important along with a high level of attention to detail. This role is permanent part-time. The hours of work are Monday - Friday 2.30pm - 5pm for a total of 12.5 paid hours per week.
