We are looking for a Full time Online Shopper Team Leader with the following skill set.
- Have excellent personal relationship skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi task and consistently meet deadlines
- Physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the role
- Adapt to changing circumstances and accept new ideas and initiatives
- Team player
- Punctual, good time management
- Good customer service
- Be computer literate

Key Daily Activities will include but is not limited to:
Rostering of our online team of personal shoppers and drivers, assisting with Corporate Customers and our Department Heads for Catering orders

The duties will also include
- Order processing from picking to Pick up following a strict process
- Invoice a customer’s order accurately, efficiently and on time, every time
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and best practice guidelines for best before/use-by dates, weighted items, restricted items, substitutions and out of stocks
- Adhere to the food safety, health & safety, security and compliance policies, guidelines and procedures
- Ensure orders are labelled and checked, stored securely, recorded and temperature checked
- Ensure Click & Collect lockers are loaded correctly and efficiently using the Manifest and by following Standard Operating Procedures. After each allocated timeslot, ensure lockers are clean and any uncollected orders removed/stored within the Staging Area
- Ensure all orders with restricted items are managed as per the liquor ID checking procedure
- Communication with the Contact Centre for failed payments and any other information that is relevant to a customer’s order

Applicants for this position must be eligible to work in New Zealand.

Full training will be given, A full NZ Drivers license will be preferred but not essential
