Comms and Admin Superstar Needed

This entry level position requires someone who is switched on to great customer service, fluent in spoken and written English, and can handle phone calls and the initial in-person customer visits. Your marketing and social media skills (including taking and editing photos) will entice customers onto our website, or into the store, where your display skills will help showcase the best in bespoke jewellery design.

Your admin skills will be used across all of the business of preparing quotes, client database management, stock control, invoicing, managing laybys, shipping finished items and keeping the client informed about their jewellery throughout the process.

As a bespoke manufacturing jeweller, we create exquisitely designed pieces which become family heirlooms. Our master jeweller has a passion for design and creativity, and decades of experience across the globe. We offer a range of services from creating jewellery to repairs and valuations.

At the moment we're a small team, but the business is in expansion mode, so there is potential for you to grow your experience and create an enduring career as the business develops.
