Te Whatu Ora Health NZ, Waitaha Canterbury is home to a busy radiology service based at Christchurch
Hospital, the largest tertiary Hospital in the South Island. The service also
encompasses several other sites including Christchurch Women - s, Burwood and
Ashburton Hospital. Our new hospital houses state of the art equipment and
offers a varied case mix including local and regional, general and subspecialty
work.
Mō te tūnga | About the role
This exciting opportunity is an administrative role
that supports the Radiology Service and ideal for someone who is a team player,
has a customer centric approach and enjoys improving processes. You will be
part of our Radiology team that is respectful, curious and supportive, that
promotes development and encourages new ideas.
In this role you will provide administrative
support, which includes front of house duties, patient bookings, communication
with the patients and their whānau as well as any other general admin that is
required. You will also be involved in managing relationships with internal and
external stakeholders.
who are available from Monday to Friday, working 8 hours between 07:00am
- 5:00pm.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint

and Word)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Extensive experience in administration or coordination
