Ballantynes are seeking a Counter Manager to join our Cosmetics Department.

Your passion for style and beauty, along with your commitment to the highest standards of service will ensure all your clients feel fantastic while running a demanding cosmetics counter.

You will be working alongside one other team member who you will enjoy mentoring and training but also enjoy creating a harmonious workspace for all to grow and learn from.
- Previous leadership experience
- Enjoys leading a team and supporting their development.
- Proven cosmetics sales success
- Passion for providing quality customer service and leaving a lasting impression.
- Reliable, confident and passionate about beauty
- Excellent communication skills
- A professional who takes pride in their standard of work and customer care

This is a permanent role working Tuesday to Saturday, 35.5 Hours per week.
