**Role Purpose**
Your role encompasses the WineWorks Distribution department and all customers and suppliers.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide leadership and support to the Auckland Distribution PM shift team. You will be responsible for planning, organising and managing local/national dispatch workloads throughout the Auckland site as well as managing/coaching the Distribution team members in a productive, safe, effective and accurate manner. **Skills/Attributes required to perform position responsibilities & achieve results/outcomes**:
