We are currently looking for our new Parts Correspondent to join our team in Auckland. You may be an experienced career parts professional or you may be looking at entering this industry. Whatever your level of experience you will be an integral member of the team. We always offer and encourage further/consistent training, development, and support to our team members.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
Working in the parts department working alongside our Heavy Diesel Mechanics, Warehouse, Sales and our wonderful customers.

Providing support and advice to our customers to ensure they receive the right product and service information to meet their requirements.

Interpret & process incoming purchase orders.

Coordinate the dispatch of customer orders within an acceptable time frame, ensuring all documentation requirements are met.

**You will be required to have**:
Experience in a face to face customer service role.

High levels of accuracy and be detail orientated.

A proven understanding of the importance of great customer service.
