We are building timber apartment buildings in our new factory, and we need your help to get the plumbing sorted

We are revolutionising the way buildings are constructed in NZ and we are having a heaps of fun whilst also delivering high quality workmanship. We are part of the well-established Property Partners Group who already have a Design Team and an onsite Construction Team.

**What your day to day will look like**:

- Lead a team of plumbers
- Work closely with Carpentry and Electrical Team Leaders to ensure the flow of production through the factory is optimised
- Show your team the importance of correct installation, following plans and using your technical ability to problem solve.
- Work alongside your team to install all plumbing works including pre piping and fit off for fully installed kitchens and bathrooms within the completed apartment units to all NZ code requirements.
- Motivate, coach and mentor your team to help them reach their career goals
- Work closely with Auckland Council site inspectors to provide all required documentation and ensure we pass every inspection with ease.
**About you**:

- Certified Plumber with a current practising licence and NZ Certified in plumbing and drain laying
- 10+ years plumbing experience (minimum of 5 years experience in “new build, residential” )
- Strong commitment to H&S
- Have experience leading a crew
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Excellent knowledge of G12/13 and AS/NZ3500 standards (plumbing and drainage)
- Collaborative working style with the ability to coach and mentor others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Salary**: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
