Kiritaki Centricity and Innovation Senior Advisors work with the Head of Kiritaki Centricity and Innovation, the Kiritaki Understanding and Engagement Lead, and across the Ministry to support MBIE in becoming a truly customer centric organisation.

In addition to the capabilities detailed in the Position Description for a Kiritaki Centricity and Innovation Advisor, in this role, you will:

- Are able to adapt methods and tools to tailor for business need.
- Contribute to planning, performance and reporting, risk management, business continuity planning, continuous improvement and assurance processes.
- Lead multiple pieces of work and actively and independently plan and manage workload.

This work will be underpinned by Te Whāinga Amorangi - Transformational Leadership, and support MBIE to be able to build strong partnerships with Māori to ensure that the Te Ao Māori is reflected in the customer-centric delivery approach. The work will also be guided by MBIE’s customer promise (‘Our Promise’) and aligns with Te Ara Amiorangi, Our Path, Our Direction - MBIE’s organisational strategy.
