**About You**

We are looking for friendly and outgoing individuals with a **strong work ethic** and a high **sense of responsibility**. You are the ”Go to” person on shift so must have a sound knowledge of the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. **Previous supervisor experience** in hospitality or QSR is essential.

You must also have the ability to **motivate and inspire** your team. Other team members will look to you for guidance, so you must be able to lead by example. No shrinking violets - we want you to be **bold and sassy**

**About the Role**

Our Restaurant has recently changed to a new exciting and excellent operator.

They are making some exciting changes and need the right people to join them.

You will be expected to work in all service areas - food prep, grill, counter, and cashier. You will take charge during the shift and be responsible for staff supervision, ordering stock, banking, and opening/closing the restaurant.
