**ABOUT THE JOB**

We are looking for a competent individual who can manage a tight-knit team, proactive and self-motivated who can use initiative and introduce new ideas for continuous improvement. You will ensure all mails and parcels are carefully sort out and delivered on time to the correct assigned customer.

Being customer-focused, you will provide an excellent level of customer service, building rapport and relationships as you go.

**ABOUT YOU**

Some of the key things you'll need to perform this role successfully are:

- A reasonable knowledge of Nelson.
- You will have leadership or supervision experience.
- Organised and methodical approach to work processes.
- Flexible and reliable
- Physically fit and active with a 'can do' attitude and likes to get the job done.
- Passionate about keeping customers happy
- High regard for Health & Safety standards
- Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people
