**We are seeking a full time experienced housekeeping supervisor to join our team working in Christchurch, New Zealand.**

**We need your flexibility to fill the gaps that are needed across a busy and well-established hotel operation which may include some of the following tasks**:

- Leadership amongst the team - this may include stepping in for the housekeeping manager from time to time
- Service of guest rooms
- Provide assistance in guest facing areas
- Provide solutions to efficiency roadblocks
- Compliance amongst the team
- Practice and monitor safe workplace standards

**To be the shining star of supervision we would need you to have**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role or a Diploma in Hotel Management is preferable
- A strong appetite to build and sustain relationships
- A passion for quality, attention to detail and excellence
- A positive and can-do attitude amongst the team
- Time management and efficient work habits
- A well-presented problem-solving attitude
- A flexible work and rostering schedule, with weekend availability essential
