Field Service Representatives

Your work will be purposeful, and you will play an important role in helping the business achieve some exciting goals. Here's a sneak peek into some of what you will be doing:

- Completing installation and assembling electricals
- Solving mechanical and operational faults with the machinery
- Conducting preventative maintenance including pre and post-season servicing of machines
- Assisting customers with requests and queries while in the field
- Solving and troubleshooting any machine faults and performance issues
- Travelling locally and internationally to service and install new and existing equipment
- Maintaining trunk stock of field service inventory
- Maintaining accurate service records
- Working closely with other teams to ensure installation projects are successfully completed

**Qualifications**:
About you:

- Being hands on and enjoy working with machinery and equipment
- Enjoy working in collaboration, where you can share your skills and knowledge and learn from your team
- Tech savvy, ranging from computers through to electronics
- Comfortable with troubleshooting and implementing a quick resolution
- Ideally a Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Be able to lift heavy boxes and equipment
- Have effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, you are our go to person
