**Job Description**:
The Field services team is part of the External Customer Solutions Team. They are committed to optimising Contact’s operations to ensure an excellent, customer experience at every touchpoint.
The team is always asking “What can we do to make this better for customers?” It challenges the status quo, and finds ways to reinvent, streamline and automate business processes drives cost and process efficiencies.
**What you’ll do**
This is a fixed term role until the end of July that gives you the chance to own it and make it your own
As a field services star you will work with across metering/compliance/health and safety to name but a few. You also engage with our suppliers around any performance issues an work to get the best resolution.
As part of the metering team you will pick up when we can’t offer customers certain plans due to their metering set up. The exciting part? You then get to connect with customers human to human **#HumanEnergy** to find the right plan for them and their family.
**Qualifications**:
You’ll be a top-notch administrator, and your impressive customer service skills and attention to detail enables you to provide the ultimate customer service experience.
Your enthusiastic, positive attitude empowers you to tackle any task. Not to mention you’re a meticulous and detail conscious individual with a strong team focus and a knack for problem solving.
You take ownership of issues and follow them through to ensure the customer gets the best possible outcome.
Any experience or knowledge of SAP we’d be interested.
