We are looking for a key mentor for our Electrical teams to implement and manage training programmes for all licensed electrical workers and trainees, providing coaching to achieve electrical best practice and standards. This role will also support the wider business to ensure we meet all standards and regulations necessary for the installation and servicing of all our products including taking accountability for electrical manuals (including development for new products) and auditing work to ensure these standards are met.

We are also looking for someone with thorough knowledge of NZ electrical regulations, strong communication skills and a friendly and professional manner. Being self-motivated, safety-focused and having the ability to work both on your own and with others will come naturally to you.

Key aspects of your role include visiting customers’ homes to carry out Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Heat Pump and Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment installations, taking on supervisory oversight as required, and ensuring the team does a great job and provides outstanding service to our customers. You will also be responsible for issuing Certificates of Compliance with all mandatory testing and resulting. You’re not required to be on call, but there is occasional Saturday work.
