Supply Chain Coordinator is to support the Animal Health Logistics Manager (Hamilton) with tactical purchasing for supply of materials, for locally sourced and globally sourced materials, communicating with the vendors on a regular basis to track and ensure timely receipt of purchased goods.

Our Supply Chain team ensures inventory is consistently available to meet customer demand. We coordinate all aspects of supply through supply planning, sourcing, making, inventory management, packaging and delivery. We partner across the Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing organizations to build a robust demand and supply plan and ensure we get products to the right customer, at the place, at the right time.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Create Purchase Requisition for Inventory & non-inventory materials.
- Provide purchasing reporting (open orders, late delivery’s, etc.), undertake communication with vendors and assist with invoice clearing.
- Create and maintain PIRs, source lists, initiative new material creation and update sales BOMs
- Support the cycle counts/stock takes and manage warehouse and production consumables
- Track and manage all purchased material and advise stakeholders on their status on a regular basis.
- Ensure all relevant shipping information is sent to the local clearing agent as soon as goods are shipped.
- Manage creation of new Unique Product Numbers (UIN’s) in SAP through the Material Master Data team.
- Facilitate and collect all information required to create UIN’s in SAP.
- Maintain and coordinate information related to UIN’s in SAP.

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**
- Previous experience in purchase order / invoice administration
- Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
- Must be computer literate.
- Good communication skills.
- Must have a proactive approach to challenges and problems.
