**About the role | Mō te Tūranga
You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading a creative team of designers and copywriters to produce quality digital experiences for our customers
- Running team stand-ups, sprint planning, retros and quarterly planning sessions
- Reviewing, prioritising and allocating briefs and work requests
- Ensuring all work meets our brand standards, and content and design guidelines
- Building a healthy team culture where everyone is enabled and empowered to do their best work
- Working cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders to determine priorities and requirements, and respectively hold people accountable
- Actively seek out ways to improve processes, systems, tools and ways of working
- Contributing to the evolution of our Design System to drive improvements in consistency and productivity
- Champion content and design best practice across the wider business
