**The environment**:
As you can imagine, the casino isn't your typical workplace Our attendants are based in the heart of our main gaming floor set amongst all the action. They ensure our Gaming Machine customers have the best experience each and every time they come to visit

As a Premier Host, you will be a friendly face at our Premier Station assisting customers with enquiries and loyalty programme registrations. As a Gaming Machine Attenndant,you'll spend your shift roaming the area making sure customers are having fun on our casino main floor. You'll assist customers, mainly by helping with minor machine repairs (which you'll be fully trained on) and general queries. You'll be supporting our host responsibility programme by ensuring our customers are gaming responsibly as well as maintaining a clean area i.e tucking away chairs & removing empty glasses. You'll also be walking a fair bit during your shift so ff you love the thought of working up your step count whilst at work - look no further

- You'll be a natural at anticipating customer needs, managing problems with ease, and providing quality service.
- You'll be a confident communicator and will have an outgoing, friendly, and positive nature.

**The must-have's**:

- You'll need to be at least 20 years of age.
- Have a good credit history due to gaming licence requirements.
- Have flexible availability to work across our 24/7 operation and particularly strong availability to work night shifts over the weekends.
