**The role**:

- Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to define high-level solution architectures that meet business requirements and align with technical strategy and roadmaps.
- Develop detailed architecture designs and documentation that address all aspects of the solution, including software, infrastructure, data, and security.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- Participate in the selection and evaluation of third-party solutions and technologies that can be leveraged to deliver the solution.
- Collaborate with project managers and delivery teams to plan and execute solution delivery, including estimation, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Support the development of business cases and proposals for new projects and initiatives.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.

**Knowledge and skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on designing and delivering complex, enterprise-level solutions.
- Strong technical skills across a broad range of technologies and platforms, including cloud computing, databases, middleware, and integration technologies.
- Proven experience in architecting scalable and resilient solutions that meet business needs and align with technical strategy.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies is preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as (GCP, Azure, AWS), preferably Azure
- Team-oriented and collaborative working style, both with clients and within the organisation
- Growth mindset, positive attitude & strong interest in solving client challenges, adapting to a changing work environment, and dealing with new issues
- Excellent writing, strong communication skills and ability to influence
