**Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role**

The purpose of this role is to:

- Enter invoices into the Oracle, FPIM system.
- Liaise with suppliers, C&CDHB staff, and other Accounts Payable staff to resolve queries relating to overdue invoices
- Reconcile supplier statements and follow up outstanding invoices associated with purchases
- Complete other functions or duties which may be reasonably requested

**Mō tō mātou rōpū - About our team**
The Finance Directorate comprises a number of teams accountable for the processes and systems for effective financial management and reporting for the organisation as well as all regulatory reporting, treasury and taxation requirements. There needs to be a close link between Finance and all other Directorates comprising the Provider Arm (HHS), the Funder Arm, Mental Health, Addictions and Intellectual Disability Service (MHAIDS) and the other Corporate Divisions of CCDHB to provide financial leadership and direction and establish financial policies and procedures that support best practice. The teams within the Finance Directorate are the central accounting team, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

**Moū - About you**

Knowledge and Experience we are looking for:

- A reasonable number of years - experience in a similar position is desirable
- Experience in Accounts Payable functions and customer relations
- Good knowledge of computer software packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrate initiative
- People-centred problem-solving capability
- Confidence to prioritise and focus
- Effective filing and info retrieval system management
