The opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with the following skills to hit the ground running.
- Good computer literacy, specifically competent in using Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Dispute resolution/conflict management
- Customer service/sales skills
- Working within a call centre environment

Ideally you will have:

- Experience in service delivery in a utility industry
- A solid understanding of the complaints and investigation process
- Managing customer complaints
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Work as part of a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Work to deadlines
