Well establish contractor looking for a Site Engineer on a large retaining wall project

**Your new company**
A well establish civil contractor that specialise in retaining walls, slope stabilisations drilling and pilling works. They're a small but supportive team with hands on owners who provide great mentorship to their staff. They have a consist flow of projects and have opened this role due to continued growth.

**Your new role**
Your main responsibilities as a Site Engineer will to deliver accurate set out plans to an experience, well drilled crew. You will need to demonstrate a high standard of health and safety on site and maintain accurate quality assurance documentation that meets the high expectations of the client.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will need to hold a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering and ideally have at least 1 to 2 years of onsite experience in construction. Due to the nature of the project you will need to be technically minded and solution focused. Strong communications skills and the ability to work within a small team will be essential to be successful in the role.
