You will collaborate with the Sales team to generate quotes for customers, primarily using a list or schedule of products provided by the customer to prepare an accurate commercial quote.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- You will establish customer needs and work with the wider team to ensure these needs are met.
- Providing internal sales support for the Account and Product Managers
- Ascertain other customer’s needs (timing, terms, special requirements), and work with Supply Chain and engage with external and internal suppliers to put together a package that meets all of the customer requirements.
- Liaising on other sales activities and quote follow-up and amending as required and preparing for contract fulfilment activities as appropriate.

**What you will bring**:

- Proven experience in an internal sales/customer services role - pricing experience is advantageous
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated high levels of professionalism and attention to detail
- Excellent organization and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience building collaborative relationships
