**Mō**te tūranga | About the Role**
Rose House is based at Hōhepa's main campus in Somerfield which homes Alice who is in her early 50's. Alice has a wonderful sense of humour, who will charm you with her spontaneous singing. Alice's favourite past times is watching her most favoured movies and spending time doing arts and crafts. To support Alice, you will need to be patient, resilient and confident in supporting her Mental Health needs and Dementia.
You will be supporting Alice with an open approach of adapting and learning to best support her as Alice's support needs can be challenging at times and may change unexpectedly. In this role you will be a part of a supportive team who have been a part of Alice's journey who have the common approach of holistic care.
This position's salary scale is set by pay equity and dependant on qualification level, pays between $23.50 and $28.25 per hour.

Week One
- Sunday 7am to 9am
- Thursday 3pm to 9:30pm
- Friday 3pm to 9:30pm, 9:30pm to 7am (Sleepover)
- Saturday 7am to 9am, 3pm to 9:30pm, 9:30pm to 7am (Sleepover)
- Sunday 7am to 9am
Week Two
- Thursday 3pm to 9:30pm
- Friday 3pm to 9:30pm, 9:30pm to 7am (Sleepover)
- Saturday 7am to 9am, 3pm to 9:30pm, 9:30pm to 7am (Sleepover)
Hands on hours: 47 | Sleepover hours: 38
Total Hours per fortnight: 85
