We’re currently looking for Support Workers to join our team, with a range of roles available depending on your experience and preferred shifts. We operate 24/7 and offer:

- Part-time and full-time positions
- Wakeover and sleepover shifts

You’ll work alongside the person you support to help create a life full of rich and diverse experiences. You’ll need to:

- Support daily routines while encouraging independence and personal growth
- Assist with personal cares, cooking, medication administration, and household tasks
- Be passionate about helping people access and participate in their wider community

This position's salary scale is set by pay equity and dependant on qualification level, pays between $23.50 and $29.10 per hour.
