**About the role**:
**The role of Finance Business Partner at is integral to providing insightful analysis and support to business managers within the Logistics and Air & Ocean units. Responsibilities include managing BU P&L to meet targets, preparing comprehensive financial reports, analysing key drivers of business performance, and facilitating strategic decision-making to maximize EBIT. This role also involves overseeing the budgeting process, ensuring accurate invoicing, and managing month-end reconciliations. Additionally, the Finance Business Partner will play a crucial role in people management, including recruiting, coaching, and developing the Logistics Assistant Accountant, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of my clients logistics operations while fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.**

**Skills & experience**:
**Post Graduate Business or Accounting Qualifications including CPA/CA**
**Experience in Logistics, 3PL, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding or related industry**
**Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills**
**Excellent written and oral communication skills**
**Advanced computer skills**
**Competent preparing P&L and Balance Sheets**
**Systems solution and process improvement focused**
**Ability to be self-directed and to manage/mentor others**
**Proven analytical, evaluative and problem-solving skills**
