**Job Details**:
**JOB OFFER: Start Date: Early February Native F Visa**:

- Location: Gangdong-gu, Seoul Elementary and some Middle Students.
- Salary: 3-3.1 including allowance:

- working hour: 1-8 pm. Part time also an option. Can be discussed in interview.
- Benefit : severance payment at the completion of 12 months

Health insurance, Pension, Standard benefits. 11 days paid plus red days.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored for young learners in an ESL environment.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and communication.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing individualized support as needed.
- Collaborate with parents and staff to support students' educational needs.
- Utilize technology and educational resources to enhance learning experiences.
- Maintain classroom organization and manage time effectively to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Qualified English speakers.
- Passion for working with young learners
- Teaching experience is a plus but not required
