- Are you passionate about General Surgery nursing and wanting to share your knowledge with others?_

Our general surgery wards cater for specialties including trauma, vascular, colorectal, upper gastrointestinal, breast, cancer and combined general surgery.

The Clinical Coach is also expected to promote the organisational values to maintain high standards of patient care by working alongside the senior nursing team to monitor and support professional development of staff.

**Essential**
- New Zealand Registered Nurse
- Current Annual Practicing Certificate
- At least 3 years nursing experience in the relevant area
- Proficient level PDRP
- Post graduate qualification preferred
