This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (Proficient or Expert) to join our People & Professional Development team to support and provide clinical guidance for our healthcare assistants (HCAs) in training, Competency assessment programme (CAP) interns and their preceptors working in all settings across the Counties Manukau region.

As the Clinical Coach you will role model excellence in clinical practice and assist in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care. You will support the Workforce Nurse Educator in meeting the programme requirements, including involvement education days as required.

**Essential**:

- New Zealand Registered Nurse
- Current Annual Practicing Certificate
- Proficient / Expert level PDRP
- 3-5 years’ experience post registration
- Experience in precepting staff
- Clean Full Drivers Licence

**Desirable**:

- Post-graduate qualification in progress
- Clinical Coach experience
