**About the role**

You'll be a key part of servicing your local community to:

- ** Provide timely customer service **by identifying the right products quickly and efficiently, serving customers at the counter, assisting on the shop floor and processing sales documentation.
- ** Maintain a seamless store experience **by accurately processing sales refunds, maintaining high levels of showroom standards and displaying 100% accuracy to ensure the correct account and product is charged.
