Csr Yardperson/hiab Driver

As a Customer Service Representative Yardperson at CARTERS Panmure, your primary goal is to deliver exceptional service to our building trade customers. In this active and physical role your ability to operate a forklift and providing exceptional customer service will be crucial as will your ability to fill-in as a back-up driver to deliver building products to construction sites.

Expect to split your time 80% in the yard and 20% driving as you:

- Quickly and efficiently pick, assemble, and load customer orders.
- Recommend suitable products, tailored to customer preferences.
- Load and unload delivery vans and trucks.
- Navigate various residential and commercial construction sites delivering product.
- Sustain inventory levels and ensure seamless stock replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards through general branch housekeeping.
