**What you will do**:
In this role, you will be instrumental in steering the programme towards its strategic objectives. Your responsibilities encompass managing risk registers, overseeing finances, and preparing steering committee packages, among other critical functions. This position demands a hands-on approach to programme coordination, providing vital support to the Programme Manager as their second in command. The role is designed for individuals who are adept at navigating the complexities of large-scale projects, ensuring meticulous coordination and execution of programme deliverables.

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:

- Proven experience in Programme Coordination or junior Project Management within large, complex projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage risk registers and programme finances.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, capable of working alongside senior executives.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to office and remote work.
