**About the role**:
As a Technical Specialist you'll provide analytical support relating to market interactions and submission processes for both Electricity and Gas.

The role will also support the mitigation of compliance risk through exception management, reporting and the identification of risks to improve internal business processes and compliance levels.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support the submission processes for both Gas and Electricity.
- Support the mitigation of compliance risk through exception management processes and data cleansing.
- Provide technical support, investigation and analysis to the wider team to allow accurate measurement of performance against agreed targets and core functions which improve the customer experience.
- Assist with providing compliance related reporting.
- Assist in identifying areas of continuous business improvements through analysis in order to improve compliance and process efficiencies.
**About you**:

- Around 2 years of analytical experience, ideally with a customer focus.
- Great computer abilities with the confidence to pick up new systems.
- Intermediate Excel skills - some exposure to SQL would be an advantage too.
