Our client is a leading civil engineering, design, planning and surveying specialist firm. And they need a rockstar Licensed Cadastral Surveyor to join our thriving Hamilton team. In this senior role, you will:

  1. Lead exciting land development projects, delivering high quality surveying expertise.
  2. Help build our world-class survey team through coaching and mentoring.
  3. Work closely with our project managers to deliver survey inputs on-time and on-budget.
  4. Ensure surveying standards are met and continuously improved.
  5. Provide technical guidance to the team on field surveys, data analysis and reporting.

To qualify, you need:

  1. 5+ years of post-licensing experience in land/engineering surveying.
  2. A relevant tertiary qualification (BSurv preferred).
  3. Excellent communication, reporting and mentoring abilities.
  4. A passion for collaborating with clients and colleagues.
  5. Ambition and drive to keep raising the bar.
