With a hospital small enough to give you hands-on specialist-led experience, yet big enough to learn through an internationally renowned research partnership, your career opportunities are limitless. We are looking for RMO's who want to level up, grow their areas of interest, and work with specialists who know their name
We have several opportunities available for House Officers who are seeking a Southern lifestyle.
Teaching and training are important to us here in Dunedin and that is why our RMOs have a protected session every week. In addition, there are several other regular activities that House Officers can join in on. Whether it is the regular House Officer Education sessions or the journal clubs, X-ray meetings or rounds from the various services; there is always something happening.

Life outside of the hospital is just as opportunity-filled - there is always an adventure waiting for you at the end of your shift. This combination plus the lack of commute makes for a fantastic work life balance here.
