**Job Description**:
**Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role**

At Contact, we’re embarking on a Transformation Journey to become match-fit for the future and ensure we adopt an enterprise wide focus on delivery. It’s about innovating and improving the way we work and becoming New Zealand’s most sort after workplace.

As a result, we have recently formed a Transformation Office (TO), this function will create real change across Contact’s culture, way of working and NZ. To ensure successful execution of our strategic priorities this team will;
- Align and mobilise every employee around our Contact26 strategy
- Creating a culture of stronger empowerment and accountability
- Building execution excellence with a bankable plan, weekly delivery rhythm and execution skills

We are currently on the hunt for a Senior Transformation Office Finance Analyst. This Analyst will build and maintain strong relationships enterprise wide to facilitate a strong understanding of business activity, and to be able to interpret, understand and report on financial performance.

They will have three key areas of responsibility within the Transformation Office function. These are;
- Prepare Initiatives business cases for review and approval of TO Finance Lead
- Track and validate the financial impact of portions of the Transformation
- Highlight developing financial treads which could hinder or accelerate financial impact

This position will work with a diverse array of stakeholders such as the Transformation Office Finance Lead, Transformation Workstream Leads and Transformation office. Including senior management and the Leadership Team.

We are open to the skills and experience you bring, but we do have a couple of must haves;
- 3 years post Chartered Accountant professional qualification (or equivalent) and has accounting/commercial experience.
- Experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting.
- Experience in project evaluation and project budgeting.
