- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a bakery or similar retail environment.
- Possess excellent negotiation skills.
- Appreciate the importance of working as part of a team.
- Are well organised and understand the importance of legislative requirements, in-store procedures, and standards.
- Can work unsupervised and manage their time effectively.
- Are interested in learning new skills and continuously improving performance.
- Have excellent customer service skills.
- Are prepared to work flexible hours.
- Have a clean record, are honest, and maintain high standards of presentation.
- Hold NZ Residency or a valid NZ Work Visa.
