This is a permanent position for an Assistant Branch Manager, which will see you bring both operational and leadership expertise. There's three important things we want to see from you:
A natural people person, with experience in leading and managing a team and great customer service
You'll be okay saying no, which really means you're confident to challenge others in a kind and candid way
A willingness to learn. The day you stop learning, the day you'll stop leading and growing our team.

**What we’re looking for in your skills / experience**:
Experience in leading and managing a team. Better yet, you'll have developed, grown, and coached individuals to succeed
Understanding of good H&S practices, and lots of examples of you delivering these initiatives with results
Current Class 1 Driver’s License
Confident on the computer, using Microsoft Office suite
A background in the industrial or manufacturing sectors is a bonus but not required for this role... assuming you're willing to learn it
