The Senior Producer is a crucial member of the disguise NZ team. You will be responsible for project management of creative projects, direct to client pitches and scopes, research and development initiatives for the metaverse as well as maintaining close communication with the Exec team in London, and the operations of our Auckland Creative Studio. Your role includes management of teams, projects, budgets, events, scheduling, resource management & studio/office operations.

**What you’re here to do**

The Senior Producer reports to the Chief Collaboration Officer and works in partnership with key internal departments, external companies, contractors, freelancers and strategic partners to deliver complex creative projects. The Senior Producer, under the guidance of the Head of Labs UK will take full ownership of complex and ground breaking projects, lead and manage a team of creative technologists and will be involved primarily in four areas:

- **Manage** complex projects in Virtual Production, Broadcast, fixed install & Metaverse environments.
- **Ensure and maintain efficient process** and communication with HQ in London, UK.
- **Create pitch decks **and assist the Head of Labs NZ with sales and pitches.
- **Maintain and nurture strategic partnerships**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead key projects through the full life cycle from brief, ideation, client presentations through to production execution and client delivery
- Take active control of Resources for all projects
- Take active control of studio budget and expenditure working closely with the Finance Manager
- Take active control of multiple key strategic projects including time management, stakeholder management, progress reporting
- Take active control of LED stage management, scheduling and event management.
- Manage multiple productions including management of internal & external resources.
- Work to, and enforce correct project procedures, chasing of content & other project requirements.
- Clear communication & monthly reporting to HQ
- Work collaboratively with global internal and external teams. Especially liaising with the Meptik (ATL), Polygon Labs (NYC) and Disguise HQ (LDN).
- Make decisions within given tolerance
