This role presents the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of some of the most significant projects currently underway across New Zealand and to make a genuine and positive contribution to the environment where you live and work. With offices located in Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington, we are a national team offering the chance to work across New Zealand. We’ll need you to coordinate and deliver environmental and planning approvals for a variety of clients and project types, complexities, and scales. Providing strategic advice to internal and external clients will be a critical part of your role. You’ll also have plenty of opportunity to mentor and assist in the development of our team as well as support for your own ongoing professional growth. At Jacobs we won’t just connect you locally, you’ll go global **What You Will Need** If you want to build your career with a company that inspires and empowers you to be your best and do you best while encouraging you to evolve, grow and succeed, get in touch if you have the following: - A minimum of 15 years’ experience working in New Zealand’s environmental planning and approvals space. - Extensive experience in presenting evidence at Council, Environment Court and other hearings. - Appreciation of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and value for participation, protection, and partnership. - Full Membership of NZPI. - Desire to achieve high quality outputs and deliver excellent service. - Experience coordinating projects of appropriate size and complexity including timeframes and budgets. - Focus on developing your skills and ability to take on greater responsibilities as your experience grows. - Excellent communication skills with a positive disposition. **Your Impact** When it comes to environmental consulting, the world is Jacobs’ greatest resource.
