The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cybersecurity Solutions Delivery Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering chargeable security services to our clients, focusing on the consultation, design, build, and delivery of cybersecurity solutions. Your technical expertise and leadership will be crucial in ensuring the successful implementation of projects and providing top-notch security services.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop high-quality business solutions and projects in your domain of expertise.
- Evaluate customers' business needs and contribute to strategic planning of business systems and directions.
- Take accountability for defined work assignments, often involving immediate action or short-term planning of resources.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and collaborate closely with the project manager and delivery team.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
- Plan and coordinate resources required for product implementation and assist in the preparation of major sales proposals.
- Produce and review High-Level Designs, Detailed Designs, Requirement Gathering, and Validation documents.
- Provide technical design documentation, acting as the technical lead when necessary, and liaise with major customers during installation and testing.
- Maintain detailed documentation of implemented security solutions, configurations, and procedures, including creating technical documentation, reports, and diagrams.
- Provide guidance and advice to team members, resolving technical problems within established company policies.
- Maintain budgeted revenue targets, actively seeking to eliminate rework in delivery.
- Recognize and promptly advise management of potential problems and follow-on business opportunities.
- Ensure project briefs, responses, service estimates, and other pre-sales documentation are created, reviewed, and released according to company and client expectations.
- Perform configuration, integration, and testing of cybersecurity technologies.
- Manage technical requirements, deployment, and implementation in relation to installation, configuration, and integration with existing systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, compliance frameworks, and internal security policies.
- Implement a principle-driven health and safety culture in line with company policy

What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in an Enterprise IT environment, with a technical background and exposure to infrastructure development and deployment.
- 5+ years of experience as a Cybersecurity Solution Delivery/Platform/Solutions Engineer.
- Experience in the design, build, and configuration of Security products.
- Hands-on experience with network security or equivalent study.
- Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies.
- Knowledgeable in working with APIs and coding solutions to leverage them.
- Strong understanding of Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) concepts and functionality.
- Strong understanding of endpoint security and EDR concepts and functionality.
- Knowledge of networks, firewalls, proxies concepts, and technologies.
- Familiarity with security industry frameworks.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows domain technologies, such as Active Directory.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity vulnerability testing and risk analysis methodologies.
- Knowledge of forensic techniques.
- Good understanding of current legislation and precedence governing IT.
- Familiarity with cyber-attack methodologies, techniques, and common cybersecurity threats.
