We are currently seeking an Process Worker to managing the cooking process (Evening shift 9pm to 5.30am) for our quality products. The cook will be responsible for the setup of the ovens, correct recipe selection and overseeing the cooking schedule of products and the corresponding CCP verifications. You will also be responsible for scheduling the cooking times of product with a view to achieving optimum oven time utilisation.

The role requires:

- Excellent attention to detail: prescribed cooking procedures followed; required records for all procedures accurately maintained; procedures for oven set up, control and maintenance are met; inventory control managed so actual stock balances computer inventory
- Ability to produce quality products to the required standards
- Physical ability to move heavy racks in and out of ovens
- Ability to focus on continuous improvement
- Active practitioner and advocate of critical hygiene procedures and Health and Safety in the workplace

To be successful, you will be a good team player with excellent communication skills. Experience in manufacturing is desirable but not essential. You will have an understanding of food hygiene.

**Monday to Friday 9.00pm to 5.30am**
