**The Position**:
Come join the MASH Trust Team in a part time position providing one to one personalised support. This role is based in Palmerston North.

We are looking for an empathetic and passionate individual to provide one to one personalised support. You will be creating a safe home environment where a person can live happy a meaningful life, learn new skills, and build social connections.

**We have a part-time permanent position working 12 hours a week providing home and vocational support.** **(Days and hours of work will be discussed with the right applicant - potential of additional hours)**

**Skills and Experience**:

- A passion for people, be patient, friendly and kind
- Previous experience working in Mental Health or Disability advantageous
- Professionalism, honesty and be a reliable team player with a flexible approach
- Energy, enthusiasm and flexibility in your approach
- Cultural awareness
- The ability to undertake personal cares when required
- Full NZ Driver Licence and your own reliable vehicle - current warrant and registration

**Applicants will be reviewed as they are received so this role may close earlier if the right applicants are found.**
