We are looking for enthusiastic experienced **Senior** **Bakers** to join our Pastry/Bread team." Multiple positions available The primary role is the day-to-day running of the bakery department, ensuring that a maximum enough high-quality freshly baked breads, cakes are available. Minimum Previous 3 year of baking experience in a retail bakery ,OR Relavent Trade Qualification. This is a permanent position with a Minimum of 30 hours and a Maximum 45 hours per week (extra hours may be required based on production) **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** - Preparing frozen products for baking. - Mixing and baking required daily levels of all bakery products.- Baking required daily levels of Cakes and other products.- Preparing and making Sandwiches.- Assembling sandwiches using breads, meats, cheeses, vegetables and other products according to customer orders.- Responsible for the operation of the pastry/ Bakery section of the kitchen - including desserts, breads, and other baked goods. - Producing other bakery-specific products as required- Other tasks across the store as required.- Ensure that recipes and proportions are strictly adhered to, to ensure consistency, quality, and cost control.- Order and maintain inventory for the pastry/ Bakery section to ensure efficient operations.- Any other duties the Executive Baker/ Head Chef or Baker may reasonably require.- Station maintenance and cleanliness- Follow health and hygiene standards. **INTERPERSONAL & PERSONAL SKILLS**- Wide knowledge to pastry field concepts and practices- Creativity- Communication skills (written and oral)- Customer service skills- Ability to receive instructions.- Committed to team, establishment, and excellence.- Positive attitude- Ability to work competently under pressure.- Reliable and flexible to change.
