**About SkyCity**:
SkyCity Queenstown is based in the heart of Queenstown and not only does it offer our Casino, we have an outstanding Food and Beverage offering and we are seeking a team player who strives to exceed team, business and customer expectations.

**About the role**:
As a F&B Attendant you will help to ensure all customers are well taken care of and get the five-star service that keeps them coming back for more. You will be the face of SkyCity, responsible for interacting with our customers and players across the casino, taking food and drink orders and ensuring all their needs are met while promoting our fantastic menu.

You will also;
- Direct and support all customer enquiries as required
- Operate the till and take payments
- Be comfortable being on your feet and on the move for long periods
- Promote responsible gaming and alcohol consumption at all time
- Provide support when we are hosting functions
- Ensure the gaming floor and service areas are kept clean, tidy, and inviting

This is a Part Time opportunity, working 30 hours/week across a variety of shifts including nights and weekends. This role is remunerated at $28.18/hr.

**About you**

It'll be your winning attitude, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work under pressure which will make you a great fit for SkyCity.

To be successful in this role, you will also;
- Have great interpersonal skills and be a confident and clear communicator
- Be well presented with a high level of professionalism
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts
- Be 20 years old or over due to licensing requirements
- Have previous alcohol service experience, or the willingness to learn to pour that perfect drink
