**The Role**
This is an excellent career opportunity with a successful multinational for an experienced, engaging facilitator.
In this exciting role, you will develop and facilitate programs that build and continually improve safety culture and safety leadership across a multinational company. You will coach and mentor leaders and teams on safety leadership behaviours that align with the principles underpinning No Harm.
In this role you will:
- Facilitate the delivery of a leading-edge safety leadership and cultural change program;
- Provide coaching to embed behavioural change directly with the frontline leaders and upskill them on safety leadership practices;
- Develop and implement programs and materials to build capability aligned with individual roles and company requirements; and
- Travel to work sites to facilitate training and implement learning frameworks.
**What you will need to succeed?**
The successful applicant will have:
- Proven experience in a facilitation role (at least five years) delivering programs across multiple geographical locations;
- Previous experience facilitating leadership and/or cultural change programs;
- Previous experience in course content development;
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Behavioural Science or equivalent will be highly regarded;
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills - the ability to build relationships at various levels;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and
- Excellent computer knowledge, working with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
