**About the Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Specialist in our busy Christchurch Branch. Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service, The ideal person will be proficient at:

- Interpreting and processing customer requests
- Providing service to internal customers for parts
- Picking and packing parts and components
- Sourcing parts from other sources as required
- Brilliant communication skills
- Strong computer skills, data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Highly organised in your approach to your work

You will also be customer focussed and cool under pressure, allowing you to prioritise tasks in a busy workplace. Knowledge and/or experience with commercial vehicles or heavy equipment is an advantage, and a current driver's license is necessary.

**You will have**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven organisational and planning skills
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal & written
- The ability to positively engage with and influence all parts of the business
- High level of computer literacy
- The ability to perform under pressure and to prioritise and multitask in a time driven environment
- Demonstrated problem solving, logistics and/or service experience
