Internal Auditor

**Duties**:

- **Financial Audits**
- Verify accuracy of financial records and reports.
- Check compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Investigate any irregularities or discrepancies.

**Project Audits**
- Review project budgets vs actual costs.
- Audit contracts, subcontracts, procurement, and payment processes.
- Evaluate efficiency and identify potential cost-saving areas.

**Compliance Audits**
- Ensure adherence to construction laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Verify licenses, permits, and certifications are up to date.

**Operational Audits**
- Assess operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Review internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Monitor use of materials, equipment, and manpower.

**Risk Management**
- Identify and assess risks related to project delays, fraud, or safety.
- Evaluate insurance coverage and risk mitigation plans.

**Reporting**
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
- Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations.
