We are looking for a skilled and motivated Team Leader to support the Trade Drive Thru Manager in our fast-paced Drive Thru.

We take pride in understanding our customer’s projects and helping them with the products and knowledge needed, plus providing the best solutions and advice to get the job done. Along with supporting our Trade Drive Through manager with managing and motivating the team, your key tasks will include assisting customers within the yard and drive-thru, picking and loading customers’ orders for deliveries and collection plus other various tasks that come up.

We are seeking someone who has the following skills and attributes:

- Leadership/supervisory experience, with the ability to energise a team to excel and give their best;
- A reasonable understanding of the building industry and its products;
- Physically fit and have solid health and safety values;
- Have initiative, be solution-driven and customer-focused to deliver exceptional customer service;
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail;
- Current full NZ drivers' licence;
- Forklift licence is preferred, but a willingness to upskill and get your forklift endorsement is a must.

This will be a busy role, and no two days will be the same. You will need to be adaptable, customer obsessed, collaborative, positive and passionate about maintaining a safe working environment. This is a permanent full time role, that will include one weekend day.
